Blueberry Burgers

2 LBS    FRESH GROUND BEEF (CHUCK)  MAY SUBSTITUTE  FOR GROUND ROUND OR TURKEY .

1 tsp     SALT AND PEPPER  (TO TASTE )

1/4 tsp CHILI POWDER 

1 tsp    HAMBUGER SEASONING

1/8 tsp CAYANNE PEPPER

1 Tbsp DRIED  MINCED ONION

1 Tbsp DRIED PARSLEY FLAKES ( A BIT MORE IF FRESH )

1/2  CUP OF MILK
 
3/4  CUP OF FRESH BLUEBERRIES

 

PREPERATION :

PLACE GROUND BEEF  IN A LARGE BOWL AND GENTLY BREAK IT UP . ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE BLUEBERRIES .  WHEN ADDING THE SEASONING AND MILK  FOLD IN GENTLY  WITH FINGERS .

ADD THE BLUEBERRIES  BEING CAREFUL NOT TO MASH OR BREAK THE BERRIES .

DIVIDE THE MEAT INTO 8 BURGES.  WHEN FORMING THE PATTIES , ITS VERY IMPORTANT  NOT TO OVER HANDLE OR PRESS THE ......... LESS PRESSING , SLAPING AND MOLDING OF THE MEAT THE JUCIER THE BURGER .
